Using this feature ensures recognition is visible, consistent, and easy to manage, helping your organisation celebrate success while keeping records accurate and up to date.

Launch your apps from the main dashboard to access available features.
Open the Org Management app to begin managing announcements.
Select Visit within the Everything About Data section to access reporting tools.
Open the Everything About Data dropdown to view available options.
Select Announcements to access the announcement management area.
Apply filters to display only Employee of the Month announcements.
Select Add Employee of the Month to create a new recognition entry.
Select an employee from the dropdown to highlight their achievements.
Confirm the employee you want to nominate for Employee of the Month.
Enter a clear and engaging title for the announcement.
Add a personalised message to showcase the employee’s achievements.
Click Save Changes to publish the announcement.
Deactivate older entries to keep your recognition board up to date.
Mark an employee as featured to prioritise their visibility.
Edit announcement details at any time to keep information accurate.
Use the search bar to quickly locate specific announcements.
Apply date filters to refine and track recognition history.
Set a date range to review past or recent Employee of the Month entries.
Use the Active toggle to display only current recognition entries.
Click Filter to apply your selected criteria.
View the updated Employee of the Month widget reflecting your latest changes.
