Income Tab Password
This guide will cover how to access and change the Income Tab password on Care Control Windows. This password is used to lock-down sensitive information held within the income and payroll modules of Care Control – we recommend only sharing this password with necessary staff members.

When trying to access the Income Tab in the Administration of Care Control Windows, you will be asked to enter a password.
Unless this has already been changed, this password will be the same as the default Care Control admin password.

After entering the password, navigate to the Finance Settings option.

A new window will open, here, choose the Security option from the left hand menu.
Two settings related to the password protection of the income module will be displayed. You can first choose to turn the password off (not recommended).
The second option is where you can view and change the password. Make sure to Save Changes.
