Life History Configuration
This guide will cover adding and removing the Life History Sections and questions within Care Control Cloud Care Planning.

From within the Admin page in Cloud, select Visit within the Care Planning module.

When in Care Planning select Life History Configuration to open the next page.

From this page there are Sections and Questions which can both be modified from this page.

To edit a Section click the Pencil icon to the right of any section.

The Edit Section box will pop-up. From here you can pick the Order Number which will decide which order it will appear in compared to other sections. Under the Section box you can change the name of the Section.
You can Cancel or Save Changes to the Section.

To add a section select the Add Section button.

The Add Section pop up will appear. Order Number signifies where it will sit within the Sections. Type the name you want to give the Section in the box underneath Section header.
Click Cancel or Save Changes to the section.

To filter through what Questions you want to modify, select the box that says All Sections or the Arrow to the right of the box.

A drop-down menu will appear, from here select which Section you would like to filter.

When you have selected the Section the Questions on the right hand side will change to match those within that Section.

To view and modify a Question, click the eye icon to the right of the Question.

Here you can view the Question with all the details. To modify the question select Edit Question.

You can edit the Section in which the question is under from the drop-down menu. Under the Question header you can modify what the question is. The Order Number allows you to change where the question sits under the Section. If you wish to no longer use the question you can Archive it with the selection boxes.
You can select Cancel to stop any changes or Save Changes to keep them.

By typing in the Question box, you can filter the results to show specific questions.
