    Locking Mobile to a CSG

    This guide will cover how to lock a Care Control Mobile device to one Care Service Group in your organisation. This can be useful when certain devices are only used with certain service users or groups.

    On the PIN screen of Care Control Mobile, press the cog wheel in the top right corner of the screen.

    Here, enter your PIN and Administration Password, then, press Continue.

    The Admin Dashboard for your organisation will be displayed. Next, open the side menu by pressing Show Administration Options.

    From this menu, select Advanced.

    Select System Settings.

    Select This Device.

    Here you can change the setting called ‘Fix Device to Care Service Group’.

    Select a CSG from the list.

    Now, when signed into Care Control Mobile, only service users within the CSG selected will be visible. Notice the tagged CSG Group in the top left corner of the screen.
