Admin Device Management

This guide will cover managing devices within Care Control Cloud.

Written guide

  1. Enter the Admin App.
  2. Select to Visit the Advanced Stuff area.
  3. Open the Configuration & Setup tab.
  4. Choose Device Management.
  5. You can filter using the drop-downs, date selectors and search bar at the top of the page.
  6. You can clear the filters by clicking the Clear Filters button.
  7. You can also sort by clicking the titles at the top of the page.
  8. Deactivate the users device by toggling the button in the Active tab.
  9. Click Export to download a CSV file with all of the data on.
