MargoAI Analysis on Mobile

This new feature brings the power of MargoAI Analysis directly into the Care Control Mobile app, making it even easier for your team to access meaningful insights while on the move.

It’s designed to support smarter decision-making by running real-time reports on key areas, such as care plans, daily notes, and handover summaries – all from your mobile device. You can even tailor each summary by adding specific instructions, helping to focus the analysis on what matters most.

By using this feature, you’ll:

Save time by generating quick, on-the-go summaries
Improve visibility and oversight across multiple areas of care
Make your handovers and reporting more consistent, focused and data-led

It’s completely optional – but for teams who want to maximise the power of MargoAI and gain clearer insights into care documentation, enabling it on Mobile can make a real difference to your day-to-day operations.

Text based guide

Start by launching the Mobile app and tapping the “View Residents Care Plans” icon to access resident care plans.

Click the “Available Residents >” tab to reveal resident selection.

Once selecting your service user, here you will see the red MargoAI icon, you will need to press this.

You will then be presented with this screen. Here you will be able to generate a summary of notes for this specific service user.

You can also give MargoAI instructions on what you want to receive within your analysis report! You can do this by selecting the ‘Edit’ icon in the corner.

Once Margo has finished generating the report, you will be presented with the information that was specified within your request.

Here you will be presented with a summary, detail and a conclusion.

Another example of where MargoAI is integrated is within the handover notes. Start by clicking the ‘View Handover Notes’ button.

Here you will see the MargoAI icon, click this button.

You will then be presented with this screen. Once selecting the ‘Start Analysis’ button, this will run a summary of the notes that have been recorded for all of the service users.

You will then receive a summary of the notes recorded.

Another example of what MargoAI analysis can do for you is run a summary of a support plan for a specific service user.

Select the MargoAI icon next to the picture of the chosen service user.

Start by clicking the ‘Start Analysis’ button to run the summary.

You will then be presented with a summary of the support plan for the chosen service user.
