Medical Visits
This guide will cover how to view and record a service users Medical Visits within their Care Plan on Care Control Cloud.

From the Care Plan Summary screen, open the Medical menu.

Select Medical Visits.

A list of recent medical visits will be displayed.
The left-hand side of the screen displays the overview details of the visit, including date, visitor, type etc.
The right-hand side of the screen displays the reason for the medical visit and the resultant actions.

To record a new entry, press Add Professional Visit.

A yellow border will surround the page to indicate it is in edit mode.
Complete the form as required and flag to the care review if necessary via the dedicated button.
Then, press Save Visit.

Your new visit will show.
