Migrating to Cloud Roster
This mini article will help you understand how you migrate to Cloud Roster smoothly.

Payroll
When migrating to Cloud Roster, if you are using Windows Payroll the switch to Cloud Roster needs to align with the start of your payroll commencing. For example, if your payroll ends on the 30th of September, the live date for Cloud Roster should be Tuesday 1st October.
Active rota

Cloud Roster will not be your active rota system from the start. This means that other systems will not currently use the rotas that you build. This includes Payroll, Timesheets and Care Control Pocket until you switch over to Cloud Roster.
If you are an existing Care Control Rota user this switch should be carefully managed.
Rota creation
Before Cloud Roster becomes active, you can still create rotas within Cloud Roster. This will give you a chance to learn the new system and better understand it before it goes live.

Importing Rotas
You can import your existing Rotas from Care Control Windows to Care Control Cloud.
This will make switching rotas more of a seamless experience. A full guide on how to import rotas can be found here.
Making Cloud Roster active
In order to make Cloud Roster your active rota system, please email our support team at support@carecontrolsystems.co.uk
They will be able to switch your active rostering system once the ticket has been raised.
