Removing a Care Review
This guide will cover how to remove a Care Review from a service users Care Plan. This is completed via the Care Plan Corrections tool on our Windows platform.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the Care Plan Corrections tool, which can be found under the Care Planning tab.

The Admin Password will be required to access this area of the system. Press OK after entering it.

A new window will open. Here, select the service user you wish to remove the Care Review for from the drop-down list.
Then, select Care Reviews from the Care Plan Area drop-down list.

Another drop-down list will appear. From this, select Remove Care Review.

A list of current and historic care reviews will be displayed for the selected service user.

To remove one, simply select the one you wish to delete and press Process Change.

You will receive a confirmation message, press OK.
