This guide will cover how to remove a Medical Visit from a service users Care Plan.
From the Administration of Care Control Windows, select Care Plan Corrections.
Select the Service User for whom you wish to remove the medical visit.
Select Medical Visit and Remove Medical Visit.
Finally, click on the visit you wish to remove and press Process Change.
