Resending a Care Certificate Email

This guide will cover how to resend the Care Certificate registration email. This can be useful if a staff member has lost their original sign-up email or if a staff member has a new email address.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the Care Certificate tool, which can be found under the Staff Area tab.

A new window will open. Here, a list of your currently enrolled staff members will be displayed.

To resend the registration email, select the relevant staff member and press View Staff Detail from the options at the bottom of the window.

The progress of the selected staff member will be displayed. 

Select Resend Starter Email.
