    Set the Mobile App to the Administration Login Page

    This guide will cover how to set Care Control Mobile to open in administration mode.

    On the PIN Screen of Care Control Mobile, press the cog wheel in the top right corner of the screen.

    Here, enter your PIN and Admin Password, then, press Continue.

    The Administration of CC Mobile will open. Here, open the menu by pressing Show Administration Options.

    Select Advanced.

    Select System Settings.

    Select This Device.

    Here, a list of options about device start up can be seen. Under the ‘Which screen do you want to start?’ option, select Administration Screen. Press Save.

    Now, when you open CC Mobile and log in with your PIN, this screen will be displayed first.
