Single Custom Forms on Cloud

This guide will cover how to access and record Single Custom Form monitoring areas within Care Control Cloud. This includes saving the form in draft mode, and how to re-access it from the My Hub area.

In the Care Planning app within Care Control Cloud, navigate to the Record tool.

A list of common monitoring options will be displayed. Here, press More Options.

A full list of monitoring options will now show, including any Single Custom Forms you have set up on your system.

Select one to begin recording.

Choose a Service User to record for and press Continue.

Your Single Custom Form monitoring area will now open. You can continue to complete each of the sections and questions appropriately.

If you want to save this form in draft mode and continue it at a later date, you can now press Save Draft.

This will save your progress, without submitting a completed version of the form.

To find the draft form again, navigate to the My Hub area of Cloud. Here, press My Forms from the options on the left hand side.

Here, a list of forms currently in draft mode will be displayed.

Simply press the Edit button to continue working on it.

The form will re-open. You can continue to save it as a draft or, when completed, submit the form.
