We’re excited to share some significant updates that have been implemented to enhance our user experience across all our platforms.  Our brand has recently undergone a fresh marketing makeover, and you will now notice the updated branding on Mobile, Pocket, eMar, and cc Windows. 

In addition to the refreshed look, we have introduced the Care Review ‘propose a change’ process specifically designed for CC mobile. This streamlines what we have on pocket and improves our users’ overall care review experience on the go with better screen size. 

Furthermore, we have introduced Maintenance Lists on Mobile to make it easier for staff to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently. This feature is designed to enhance workflow and boost productivity. But that’s not all—our team has been hard at work implementing a range of updates, performance improvements, and fixes across the board. These changes are geared towards providing a smoother and more efficient experience while using our platforms.

Cloud

We’re excited to present the latest developments in CC Cloud. This release brings forth a multitude of improvements, including two new features for Care Planning, the introduction of My Hub, and various performance fixes.  Let’s delve into the details: 

New Features in Care Planning: 

Single Custom Forms: 

The inaugural version of Single Custom Forms is now seamlessly integrated into Care Planning. Accessible via Recording Areas and visible in Monitoring Analysis, Risk Assessments, and Incident Analysis, this version mirrors the functionalities found in CC Windows & CC Mobile, complete with support for 6 new question types:

• Multi Select Drop-down 
• Complex Multi Select Drop-down

• Signatures

Care Review Editing: Introducing the first version of Care Review Editing for Care Planning! This empowers our users to create new care reviews and finalise any incomplete ones, contributing to a more streamlined and efficient process. 

Risk Assessments: We’ve expanded capabilities with the ability to record additional Risk Assessments, covering areas such as Bed Rail, Burns & Scalds, Falls, General, Medication, Movement, PEEPs, and Generic.

Mental Capacity Assessments: Now you can record Mental Capacity Assessments directly within Cloud, ensuring comprehensive and integrated care planning. 

My Hub Rebranding: As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we’ve rebranded My Account to “My Hub” to elevate its functionality, aligning it more closely with our overarching long-term platform goals for this area. 

Permission Role Assignments: A new feature allows users to delete permission role assignments within each application’s permission settings, providing greater control and flexibility. 

Logout and Session Timeout Fixes: We’ve addressed issues across all applications where a return URL was specified during user logout and when the user’s session timed out. These fixes ensure a smoother user experience. 

Deep Link Updates to Insights: This release includes deep link updates to Insights, facilitating improved navigation and connectivity throughout the system.

• Rebranding Changes. 
• Facial Recognition: Prevents staff from signing in and out if Facial Recognition is activated. 

 Emar: 

• Rebranding Changes. 
• Zero Stock Support: Hospital, On Leave, and Other selection is available even if no stock is assigned to a prescription. 
• Additional Comment Box: Added to the change stock screen. 

 Mobile: 

• Rebranding Changes. 
• Maintenance Support: Moved to CC mobile for improved functionality. 
• Facial Recognition: Enhances security by preventing staff from signing in and out with Facial Recognition. 
• Day Centre Changes: Comprehensive updates to support Day Centres within CC Mobile, including changes to General Note, Activities, Bath, and Resident Select monitoring screens. 
• Care Review Proposed Changes: Integration of the amazing functionality present in Pocket to Mobile. 

 Interface: 

• Facial Recognition: Moved to paid accounts. 
• Added support to Internal Auth API to enable CRM to impersonate an account. 

 Windows: 

• Reports: Food Intake Analysis, ABC Behaviour. 
• Extra Age Category on Risk Assessment: 18+. 
• Ten Additional Custom Fields on CC Windows. 
• Org Management Fixes and Updates. 
• Corrections: Removing red flags from any notes, basic editing of incident wording. 
• Closing Health Issues also removes red flags. 
• Corrections: Move a note to another staff member. 
• Incident Drop Down: Change the summary to use a predefined list. 
• Incident Drop Down: Prevent the use of “Other Entry.” 

 Database Only Fixes/Amendments – 1.79: 

• Report: Contact Details – shows all contacts plus links to service users. 
• Fix for Client Absences to stop NULL assignments for relevant shifts. 
• Performance Improvement: Calculating, storing, and accessing resident task statuses is now faster, reducing overall load on the database services. 
• Resolved various issues with reports, prescription details, linked documents, historical views, and more.
