    At Care Control Systems, we’re committed to ensuring our software runs as smoothly and reliably as possible. While we regularly release a number of fixes and improvements, we’ve highlighted the key hotfixes that we believe will have the greatest impact on your day-to-day use.

    General Performance Improvements

    • Fixed issue in CC Pocket where the Personal Allowance total was displaying incorrectly.
    • Fixed issue where signatures for Consents on secondary sites were not saving correctly in Cloud Care Planning.
    • Fixed issue where PRN administration details were not loading correctly on the MAR sheet in Cloud Care Planning.
    • Fixed issue where Care Review dashboards in Insights would fail to load if a section title contained a full stop.
    • Fixed issue causing the “Absence Analysis – Last 12 Months” report to error.
    • Fixed issue in Cloud Roster where duplicate PINs were being generated when adding Agency to shifts.
    • Fixed issue in Cloud Roster where shifts with CSG allocations but no assigned staff were incorrectly raising allocation alerts.
    • Improved search performance in Care Planning client search and HR staff search by preventing a full global list fetch when the search box is empty.
