    At Care Control Systems, we’re committed to ensuring our software runs as smoothly and reliably as possible. While we regularly release a number of fixes and improvements, we’ve highlighted the key hotfixes that we believe will have the greatest impact on your day-to-day use.

    General Performance Improvements

    • Service Status has been updated to give you faster performance and smoother use.
    • General performance improvements have been made across the system.
    • MyHub now includes both Care Review Changes Tasks and Holiday Request Tasks, so everything is in one place.
    • Global Staff and Client Search is now quicker and more responsive.
    • MyHub loads faster for a better experience.
    • You can now add shifts without assigned staff more easily in Cloud Roster.
    • PIN generation for Agency records in Cloud Roster has been improved.
    • The “Absence Analysis – Last 12 Months” report now works without errors.
    • PRN administration information now displays correctly on MAR sheets in Care Planning.
    • Saving signatures for Consents in Care Planning now works as expected.
    • The Personal Allowance balance in CC Pocket now shows the correct amount.
    • The filter dropdown in Task View now loads correctly.
    • Client and staff searches in Care Planning and HR are now faster and only run when you enter text into the search box.
