At Care Control Systems, we’re committed to ensuring our software runs as smoothly and reliably as possible. While we regularly release a number of fixes and improvements, we’ve highlighted the key hotfixes that we believe will have the greatest impact on your day-to-day use.
General Performance Improvements
- You’ll now see Proposed Care Review Changes and HR Holiday Requests appear as tasks in MyHub, helping you stay on top of what needs attention.
- We’ve made a significant performance boost to the user security checks in our cloud environment, ensuring smoother and faster logins.
- New settings let you define how many days after a Care Review or Risk Assessment is due before it’s flagged as out of date, giving you more control over your compliance checks.
- We’ve significantly improved the speed of the drag-and-drop functionality in the Roster, making it quicker and easier to manage shifts.
- Various performance enhancements have been made to the Roster to ensure a faster and more responsive experience.
- We’ve strengthened our login process by preventing the system from revealing if a username exists, adding another layer of security.
- You can now search for and add historic note references beyond 90 days, making it easier to work with older records when needed.
