Hotfixes November 19th 2025

At Care Control Systems, we’re committed to ensuring our software runs as smoothly and reliably as possible. While we regularly release a number of fixes and improvements, we’ve highlighted the key hotfixes that we believe will have the greatest impact on your day-to-day use.

General Performance Improvements

General Performance Improvements:
  • Fixed an issue that was causing Care Planning Activities to not load data past 7 days.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing MyHub staff page to never stop loading.
  • Fixed an issue where recording a Single-Custom Form that would not allow users to select the right options.
  • Changed the login screens for Cloud to be more responsive on Mobile devices.
  • Corrected an issue that was causing some Care Plan Integrity checks to not show if a service user has had multiple checks for the same issue.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing Incident Analysis to provide an error when using custom forms.
  • Corrected an issue where Falls Risk Assessments were not saving correctly if a Custom Form called “Falls Risk Assessments” exists on the system.
  • Corrected an issue with Cover Hours Allowance calculation.
  • Corrected an issue where Falls Risk Assessments were not saving correctly if a Custom Form called “Falls Risk Assessments” exists on the system.
  • Ensured historic service users don’t show for non-administrative staff when the “Who can see Historic Service Users” setting is set to “Admin Only” and the Pocket Home Page is set to “Staff Rota”.
