Hotfixes November 26th 2025

At Care Control Systems, we’re committed to ensuring our software runs as smoothly and reliably as possible. While we regularly release a number of fixes and improvements, we’ve highlighted the key hotfixes that we believe will have the greatest impact on your day-to-day use.

Care Control Cloud

  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from loading applications if they had previously accessed a site they no longer have permission to view.
  • Updated the Professional Contacts page so it now loads up to 150 records (increased from 20).
  • Resolved an issue that affected saving Payment Schedules.
  • Fixed duplicated roster authorisation messages appearing in staff messages.
  • Staff are now displayed in the correct order.

Care Control Pocket

  • Corrected an issue where the staff rota could show staff working on days they were not assigned to if shifts had been moved.
  • Improved the wording of emotion comments in Wellbeing Checks for clarity.

Care Control Windows

  • Fixed an issue that occurred when adding or editing Document Types.
  • Updated Payroll so that cancelled issue resolutions are now correctly cancelled for all payroll managers.

General Performance Improvements

General Performance Improvements:

  • Client / Staff Names: You can now use the dash/hyphen character (-) in client and staff names.
  • Unread Messages Layout: Improved the layout of the Unread Messages pop-up and cleaned up message text for better readability.
  • HR – Supervision Rate Limiting: Fixed an issue where the HR Supervision area could become rate-limited and fail to load correctly.
  • Authentication Improvements: Updated authentication processes to help “shrink the cloud” and improve stability and performance.
  • Organisation Codes Page: Resolved an issue where the OrgMan codes page did not have the correct security target for retrieving data.
  • Licence Management: Fixed an issue where adding new licences in Admin only applied them to the primary site instead of all intended sites.
