Hotfixes October 1st 2025

At Care Control Systems, we’re committed to ensuring our software runs as smoothly and reliably as possible. While we regularly release a number of fixes and improvements, we’ve highlighted the key hotfixes that we believe will have the greatest impact on your day-to-day use.

General Performance Improvements

  • Holiday Settings: You can now update Holiday Settings directly while viewing a staff member’s holiday record.
  • Staff Filters: A new filter has been added when creating a CSG, making it easier to find and add the right staff from the “Add Staff” menu.
  • Analysis Reports: Fixed an issue that caused reports to return no data when using the search function.
  • Cloud Roster Reports: Allocation information has been added to the Live Rota Extract report for improved clarity.
  • Food, Drink & Nutrition: The selection list for “How meals are chosen” has been corrected for smoother use.
  • PainChek Monitoring: Resolved an issue that prevented the bulk stop monitoring function from working when PainChek monitoring was active.
  • Incidents Module: Fixed an error that occurred when incidents used a pre-set list of Injury Types.
  • Creams Recording: Corrected an error where historic monitoring was incorrectly showing Creams recording tasks.
  • Training Courses: Resolved an issue where only mandatory courses assigned to specific staff were being displayed.
  • Incident Key Metrics: Corrected the Site Comparison bar chart so that it only shows incidents within the selected date range.
  • Working With Settings: Fixed an error related to the “Hide Working With” setting.
  • Staff Sickness Reports: Resolved an issue that caused the “Active Staff Sickness By Year” report to error.
