Care Control Cloud
Admin
- NEW: Single Custom Form Builder: Create and edit your own single custom form. Designed to give you more flexibility and control over how you capture care information. Read the guide
- NEW: Manage allocations: An easy-to-use area for assigning tasks to staff and managing daily responsibilities. Read the guide
Care Planning
- NEW: Purpose T: Record and track pressure ulcer risk assessments with ease to support proactive care planning. Read the guide

HR
- NEW: Supervisions: Record and manage staff supervisions in one place — keeping your team records organised and up to date. Read the guide
Care Control Pocket:
- Corrected an issue with viewing care plan notes when working offline.
- Improved the loading of offline datasets to work with Cloud Roster.
 
 
Care Control Mobile:
- Improved how Expected Outcomes are saved in Pre-Assessments, so they now apply only to the current section of a Care Review rather than all sections.
- Adjusted Personal Details page to allow decimal values to be entered for Weight on Arrival.
- Improved the process for recording creams on CSG-locked devices.
 
 
Care Control Windows:
- Improved the Staff Consent Status report so it now loads correctly in Analysis Reports.
 
 
General Performance Improvements
- HR – Amending Hours on a Current Role: You can now update hours for a current role, and your changes will be saved correctly.
- Roster – Multiple Rota Settings: You can now turn journey times on or off, allowing flexibility for scenarios such as service users in the same house or short travel times between visits.
- Roster – Reports Icon: A new reports icon has been added to the Roster, linking directly to the Admin – Analysis Reports section for quicker access.
- Roster – Drag-and-Drop for CSG Shifts (Dom Care): You can now drag and drop shifts allocated to CSGs when using the Dom Care setting without receiving a missing address warning.
- Dom Care Roster – Default Journey Settings: Default journey start and end settings are now correctly applied in the Dom Care roster.
- Admin: Improved how the system handles quotation marks in the Facts list to ensure Manage Monitoring works smoothly.
- HR: Improved data handling so information now loads correctly when staff are marked as managers for their own managers.
