    At Care Control Systems, we’re committed to ensuring our software runs as smoothly and reliably as possible. While we regularly release a number of fixes and improvements, we’ve highlighted the key hotfixes that we believe will have the greatest impact on your day-to-day use.

    General Performance Improvements

    • Added extra login protection in Cloud with one-time password prompts when incorrect details are entered.
    • Fixed an issue where historic staff appeared in Cloud Roster outside of their contracted dates.
    • Resolved an issue with assigning Care Service Groups to Agency shifts.
    • Fixed an issue where Planned Hours showed as zero when recording holidays in Care Control Cloud.
    • Updated Care Control Pocket to always show the most up-to-date Personal Allowance balance.
    • Fixed an issue affecting updates to Care Planning comment lists in Care Control Mobile.
    • Corrected an issue where documents not linked to service users or staff were not displaying as expected.
