Care Notes
This guide will cover how to access Care Notes within a service users Care Plan. Currently, this area of the Care Plan is read only.

From the Care Plan Summary screen, open the Essentials menu.

Select Care Notes from the drop-down menu.

A list of recent care notes will be displayed. You can filter via time frame and also search for key words to narrow down the list.
To open a note, press Read More.

The note will open in a new window.
