How to Add and Amend Monitoring Defaults in Cloud
This guide explains how to create and manage Monitoring Defaults in the Admin app within Care Control Cloud. Monitoring Defaults allow you to pre-configure monitoring schedules for specific care areas, including when monitoring should take place (Day Shift, Night Shift, or 24-hour period) and how frequently it should occur.
You will learn how to add a new monitoring default, set timing and frequency rules, record the reason for monitoring, and apply the default to active residents. This helps ensure consistent monitoring standards across your service and supports accurate care planning and compliance.
