How to Create an Account on the LearningPortal

This guide will walk you through creating an account on the CCLearningPortal as well as enrolling on your very first course! All of the courses we provide are completely free of charge and don’t require any payment for you to complete. We recommend completing the courses on a desktop computer or laptop for the best experience.

Click the User icon in the top right

Click the Log In button

Select to Register an Account

Enter your Username in this box, this can be anything, but we recommend using your name

Enter your email address in this box. Please ensure it is your company email

Enter your Full Name into this box

Put your company name into this box. Please ensure it is the same as your site name

Enter your Password into this box

Re-enter your password

Select Register when you’ve completed the form

Click the LearningPortal logo to go to the home page

Select the course you wish to start

You can select Explore All to see all of the courses

Select Take this Course to enrol yourself

Click See More on the first session

Start with the first session

Now you can complete the rest of the course in order
