How to Import a Risk Assessment Template on Cloud

This guide explains how to create a new Generic Risk Assessment template in the Admin App. You’ll learn how to access the Care Planning section, choose an existing assessment as a template, and upload your own risk assessment file for use across your organisation.

Open the Admin App

Click Visit under Care Planning

Open the Risk & Care Review dropdown

Pick Generic Risk Assessments

Click Add New Risk Assessment

Choose Existing Risk Assessment as Template

Enter the Name of the Risk Assessment

Then click Browse Files to Upload

Double Click the file you want to upload

Once the file is selected, click Save
