We want you to always know what’s included, what’s optional, and how each service adds value to your Care Control system. VAT) Remote Teams Training Interactive online sessions with our expert trainers, including enhanced materials and resources. Key Account training and remote team sessions led by our Key Account Managers. Expert Trainers £55/hour Key Account £80 /hour On-Site Training / Meetings (beyond SLA) In-person sessions delivered by your Key Account Manager. (Accommodation, travel mileage and time costs covered by the customer.) £80/hour Data Migration Services Full migration process — assessment, extraction, validation, and testing for a seamless transition. £62.50/hour or £500/day Bespoke Integrations Tailored integrations requiring custom development or system alignment. £150/hour or £500/day IT Infrastructure Consultation Review of your current setup and integrations, with technical recommendations. £120/hour  Developer & Technical Support Activity Description Price (excl. VAT) 3rd Line Developer Support Advanced troubleshooting, data fixes, or developer intervention beyond standard support. Applies to data corrections, bespoke scripts, or complex debugging. £50/hour Database or System Fixes Manual restoration or re-linking of data, or issues caused by third-party integrations. £50/hour Bespoke Development or Script Work Site-specific code changes, custom exports, or minor functionality fixes. £50/hour Complex Issue Investigation Multi-hour, in-depth troubleshooting by our development team. £50/hour We’ll always notify you before any 3rd line developer charges apply. An estimate of time and cost will be provided for approval before any work begins.
