Upcoming planned maintenance scheduled for Tuesday 19th May 2026

We would like to inform you we will be carrying out essential planned maintenance to Care Control services to ensure continued security, reliability and compatibility across our platform. 

When is this happening?

• Dtae: Tuesday 19th May 2026
• Time: 14:30 – 16:00

What’s happening?

During this maintenance window, some Care Control services – Pocket, Mobile, eMar and Screens may experience a brief interruption while updates are applied and servers are restarted. 

Any disruption is expected to last less than 5 minutes per service during the time window stated. 

Customer Action:

• No action is required from customers. 
• Care Control Cloud remains fully accessible  
• All services will resume automatically once maintenance has been completed. 

After the Maintenance:

Our Infrastructure Team will closely monitor all systems following the update to ensure services continue operating as expected.
