How to Manage Applications in Org Management on Cloud

This new Application Management feature allows you to switch individual apps on or off across your organisation — giving you more flexibility to tailor the system to your needs.

It’s especially useful if there are certain apps you don’t currently use. By turning these off, you can streamline your setup, reduce on-screen clutter, and make the system easier for your team to navigate.

Because this change applies across your entire system, it ensures consistency for all users — and if your needs change, you can easily switch apps back on at any time. It’s a smart way to keep your Care Control setup focused, efficient, and built around how you work.

Within the ‘My Hub’ dashboard, click the Org Management App.

 

Next, select the ‘Visit’ button under the settings option.

 

You will then see this screen. At the top of the menu bar, click the drop down toggle next to ‘Settings’.

 

Once you see the option ‘Applications’, click this.

 

Here you will see the Application Management dashboard. This feature allows you to enable and disable applications across the organisation.

 

For example, if I turn off HR by pressing this toggle and I select the side bar at the top left corner.

 

You will see that the HR app is no longer presented across within my app selection on the side bar.
