Bowel Movement Recording
This guide will cover how to record Bowel Movements on Care Control Cloud. These can be recorded even if no stool is passed, as this in itself can be a signal that something is wrong.

In the Care Planning application on Care Control Cloud, select Record Care Plan Information.

A list of common monitoring options will be displayed. Here, select Bowel Movements.

Next, select the service user you wish to record for and press Continue.

Select a matching stool type from the options on the left hand side.
Then, if necessary, add a comment via the text box on the right hand side. You can also associate the note with a health issue as well as flag the note to the Care Review.
After completing the form, press Save Changes.
