Creating Handover Filter Groups
This guide will cover how to create Handover Filter Groups to use on your Handover Notes within Care Control. Groups can be created on Care Control Mobile, via the administration area.
Text based guide
Press the cog on the Enter Pin screen.
Enter your PIN and Administration Password before pressing Continue.
Open the side menu by pressing Show Administration Options.
Select Care Planning.
Select Customisation.
Finally, select Note Filtering.
A list of filter note types will appear.
To create a new group, press Add Filter Group.
Begin by entering a Group Name.
Then, move to the bottom of the window and select whether you want to Include or Exclude the selection from the handover notes.
If you choose Include, everything you select will be shown in the handover group, and nothing else. If you choose Exclude, everything you select will not be shown in the handover group, everything else will.
You can then go ahead and select what you want to see / not see in your filter group.
Create Filter
In this example, we are creating a Manager Filter Set, to only show important note areas, such as Consents.
We have chosen to Include the selection.
Press Create Filter to complete the process.
