eMAR PRN outcome Task Setting in Cloud

This new setting gives you more control over how PRN outcomes are recorded across your devices.

It’s especially useful for services using mobile and pocket devices day to day. With this setting, you can choose whether PRN outcomes should be signed off directly from mobile and pocket, or only within eMar – depending on how your team works best.

Having this level of flexibility means you can streamline how and where tasks are completed, reduce delays in recording, and ensure PRN outcomes are captured accurately in real time.

Within the ‘My Hub’ dashboard, click the Admin app.

 

Next, click the ‘Visit’ button under Advanced Settings.

 

Then select the drop down toggle next to ‘Configuration & Setup’.

 

Next, select the ‘System Settings’ option.

 

Scroll down until you find eMar.

 

Then select the ‘eMar’ option.

 

You will then see a new setting named under ‘PRN Outcome Task – eMar Only’.

 

You will be able to turn this on or off using the toggle button.

 

The purpose of this additional setting gives the opportunity to sign off PRN Outcomes from the mobile and pocket device. However, you can choose whether you want to showcase this in eMar instead.

 

So if this setting is turned off it will show on service status on mobile and pocket.

 

And if it is turned on it will only show on eMar.
