Friends & Family Dashboard
This guide will introduce the Family & Friends dashboard on Care Control Mobile. This is what the user will be able to see after they have signed into their account on their device.

After signing in with their PIN, the dashboard will open. Here, an overview of the different areas enabled for viewing will be shown.
To begin, tap on the Personal Allowance Balance to view further details.

Here, a breakdown of service user related spending will be shown. For example, hairdresser costs or shopping bills.

Next, we can add a Memory Box item by pressing Memory Box.

Here, photos and videos can be added so that staff can share it with the service user. An example of a memory box item could be a family photo.

Next, we can complete a survey which has been assigned to Family & Friends by pressing Quality Survey.

The associated survey will open, and feedback can be given.

We can also open the service users care plan by selecting View Care Plan. The information available here will depend on the permissions given when setting up Family & Friends.

The Care Plan summary will open and display an overview of the service user. Further Care Plan areas can be found by opening the side menu labelled Show Care Plan Options.

The centre of the dashboard gives a list of care notes recorded in the last 14 days. These can be opened to view in more detail by tapping on them.

Information about the care note is displayed, including the date, time, note detail and who recorded it.

On the right-hand side of the dashboard is the 28 Day Calendar. Tapping on an event will open the calendar window.

Here, both public and service user specific events will be shown.

Finally, messages to the Family or Friend can be opened in the bottom right-hand corner of the dashboard.

New messages can be written to staff members and messages sent to the user can be viewed. Please see the dedicated guide for sending messages as a family or friend.
