Friends & Family Memory Box
This guide will cover how to add Memory Box items as a Family & Friends user. This feature allows loved ones to send in photos, videos and website links to a service user.

After logging in, select Memory Box from the options on the left-hand side of the screen.

A blank form will open. To add photos or videos, simply tap on the camera icon (you can add up to two per memory box item). You can add text to the memory box using the Edit button next to the textbox. Finally, you can add a URL in the box at the bottom.

After completing the Memory Box item, press Save Memory.
