How to activate draft monitoring on Cloud

This feature allows you to activate draft monitoring forms for service users, giving you more flexibility and control over how monitoring is recorded.

By enabling draft monitoring forms, you can edit key information before the record is finalised – such as setting the time or defining when the monitoring will take place. This ensures your records are accurate, person-centred, and reflect the correct timeframe.

Not only does this make day-to-day care recording easier, but it also supports compliance by keeping clear, customisable documentation. Whether you need to align with specific care plans, meet regulatory requirements, or prepare for audits, this adjustment ensures your monitoring data is always accurate and relevant.

Within the ‘My Hub’ dashboard, click the Admin App.

 

Then select the ‘Visit’ button under Care Planning.

 

Next to ‘Monitoring & Alerts’ tab, click the drop down arrow.

 

Then select the ‘Monitoring Types’ option.

 

Then select the ‘Draft Only’ tab.

 

First find the Monitoring Type you want to activate and then select the eye icon.

 

The overview for the monitoring area will be displayed, including the default frequency settings.

 

You also have the option to edit the monitoring and the records by selecting the buttons here.

 

Press the ‘Activate’ button in the bottom left corner.

 

Then press ‘Yes’ on the confirmation prompt.
