Open the Roster app

Click to open the Rota

Click the plus button within a cell

Open the Select Shift dropdown

Choose a shift from the dropdown

Click Add Shift

Click the three dots in the top right of the shift

Click Assign to Staff Member

Select a staff member from the list

Click Assign to confirm
