How to manage Day Centre bookings on Cloud

Managing visits between sites and day centres is a key part of keeping daily schedules running smoothly. This feature gives you a clear view of all bookings going out of and coming into your site, with easy filters for residents, dates, and locations. Instead of searching through long lists, you can quickly narrow down to just the bookings you need, check details, or make changes such as editing or cancelling.

It’s designed to save time, reduce mistakes, and make sure everyone involved in the visit — residents, staff, and sites — stays fully informed. By using this feature, you’ll always have an up-to-date picture of your bookings and can manage them with confidence.

Enter the Admin App


Click Visit on the Client Area


Enter the Day Centres tab


On this page you can view all of the current bookings out of your selected site


You can use the Origin Site filter to select which site the booking originates from


Select your site from the drop-down list


You can also filter by Resident


Select the resident you wish to view from the list


By using the Destination Site filter you can pick which site the resident will be arriving at


Pick a site from the list


You can choose to filter from the Start Date of the booking


And filter to the End Date of the booking


Click Update to update the list with your filters. You can clear the filters and go back to every booking by selecting Clear


Click the Eye icon on the booking to view it in detail


From here you can Edit the Booking


You can also Cancel the booking


Click Cancel to not make any changes


By opening the Your Bookings tab you can see all of the visits that will be incoming to your current site


You can also filter these bookings by the Origin Site


Select a site from the list


Filter by residents by opening this drop-down


Select the resident you wish to see visits of


You can also filter by the start date of the booking


And the End Date of the booking


Click Update to apply the filters. If you wish to reset the view, select Clear
