Manage Monitoring
This guide will cover how to access and use the Manage Monitoring tool within Care Control Cloud. This tool allows users to add and remove monitoring areas for their service users.

From the Admin Application dashboard in Care Control Cloud, select Care Planning.

Next, choose Manage Monitoring from the Monitoring & Alerts drop-down list at the top of the page.

Here, a list of your service users will be displayed.
Select one by clicking on them.

The selected service users monitoring will be displayed on the right hand side.
You can view the details of an existing monitoring area by pressing the eye icon.

A pop-up window will open. The frequency and reason for monitoring will be displayed.
From here, you can End the Monitoring as well as Edit the Record.

Choosing to edit will allow you to amend the frequency and duration options for the monitoring area.
You can also add Additional Facts to the monitoring record for this service user. This could be important information or tips relevant to the monitoring.
After making any edits, make sure to Save Changes.
Note: Fluid Intake, Food Intake and Bath Monitoring now have 3 additional toggles:
- Fluid Intake – add prompt for thickener.
- Food Intake – add prompt for special diet.
- Bath – add prompt for second staff member.

You can also Add Monitoring for a service user. Simply select them from the list on the left hand side and press Add Monitoring.

Next, choose a monitoring area you wish to add from the drop-down list, then, press Continue.

Begin by selecting the Frequency options on the left hand side. This is how often the monitoring will be required to be recorded before an alert is raised.
Next, enter a Reason for the monitoring in relation to this service user. Finally, choose whether the new monitoring will be Ongoing or Limited.

After completing the form, press Save Changes.
The service user will now be monitored for this monitoring area.
