Manage Monitoring
This guide will cover how to access and use the Manage Monitoring tool within Care Control Cloud. This tool allows users to add and remove monitoring areas for their service users.

Choosing to edit will allow you to amend the frequency and duration options for the monitoring area.
You can also add Additional Facts to the monitoring record for this service user. This could be important information or tips relevant to the monitoring.
After making any edits, make sure to Save Changes.
Note: Fluid Intake, Food Intake and Bath Monitoring now have 3 additional toggles:
- Fluid Intake – add prompt for thickener.
- Food Intake – add prompt for special diet.
- Bath – add prompt for second staff member.

Begin by selecting the Frequency options on the left hand side. This is how often the monitoring will be required to be recorded before an alert is raised.
Next, enter a Reason for the monitoring in relation to this service user. Finally, choose whether the new monitoring will be Ongoing or Limited.
