- Go into the Care Planning App.
- Enter Visit on the Resident Care Plans.
- Select the Essentials drop-down and pick Personal Details.
- Enter the Further Details tab.
- Select Edit Care Plan.
- Now enter the details required within the Further Details tab.
- When done, click Save Changes.
