Movement Chart Recording
This guide will cover how to record Movement Charts on Care Control Cloud. This tool allows the monitoring of a service users movement and how much assistance they require to do so.

In the Care Planning application on Care Control Cloud, select Record Care Plan Information.

A list of common recording options will be displayed. Here, select Movement Chart.

First, select a service user from the list on the left hand side. Then, choose a starting position and movement description from the two drop-down lists.
Finally, press Save Changes.
