Recording a Care Review
on Cloud
This guide will cover how to start or continue a service users Care Review on Care Control Cloud.

From within the Care Planning application on Care Control Cloud, navigate to the Record Care Plan Information tool.

Here, select More Options to view all the recording areas on your system.

Scroll down to find, or search for, the Care Review recording area.

A list of your service users will be displayed. Select one and press Continue.

The Care Review will open – either a new one or one that is already in progress.
Continue to complete each section accordingly. You can navigate forward and backwards through the review using the menu on the left hand side or via the buttons in the bottom right corner.
