    Signing in & out of eMAR

    This guide will cover how staff members can sign in and out of the Care Control eMAR system. Note: Staff Members can only access eMAR if the medication rights are selected in their staff profile.

    After opening eMAR, enter your PIN.

    The medication screen will be presented. Alternatively, if you have medication trolleys set up, select the trolley you wish to administer from, and press Continue.

    Next, press the green button labelled Sign In to Administer. You will receive a confirmation message, press Okay.

    After completing the medication round, you must sign out of eMAR. If you do not sign out, then the next staff member will not be able to sign in to administer.

    Click on the red button labelled Remember to Sign Out.

    Finally, press Finish to sign out of eMAR.
