Starting a Care Review on Mobile
This guide will cover how to begin and complete a Care Review on the Care Control Mobile application.

After signing into Care Control Mobile, select Record Care Plan Information.

A list of common recording options will be displayed. Select More Options.

An extended list of recording options. Here, select Care Review.

Choose a Service User and press Continue.

The Care Review area of the selected service user will open.
Previously completed reviews as well as ones currently being completed will display here.
You can begin a review by pressing Start New Review.

A new Care Review will open. You can view the different sections of it by opening the side menu, labelled Show Care Review Sections.

Here, you can amend the sections, which will only affect this service user.
Press Modify Sections.

Simply tap on the sections you wish to remove. You can add new sections by pressing Add.

A list of available Care Review sections will open. Simply tap on the ones you want to add.
After making any changes to the Care Review sections, press Save.

We can now begin completing the review.
Press the blue edit buttons to enter the required information.

After pressing a blue edit button, a pop up window will open where you can input the required information.
After doing so, press Save Changes.

Continue to complete the section using the blue edit buttons then press Next to move onto the next area of the Care Review.

Many of the Care Review sections contain Level of Need scoring – press Change to set these.
You can also link notes and documents to the section using the blue + icon.
Continue to work through the Care Review. Pressing the Next button will save your progress, so you can come back to work on it if required.
