MargoAI Tokens and Limits
This new guide gives you a clear overview of how MargoAI tokens and limits work within Care Control Cloud.
It’s designed to help you understand how token usage is tracked, what your limits mean in practice, and how to make the most of MargoAI’s tools. You’ll find step-by-step instructions on where to locate your MargoAI settings, how to enable or disable specific tools, and how to view your current token balance.
This guide is particularly useful for planning usage across your services, staying within your limits, and ensuring you’re getting the best value from MargoAI. It also supports transparency, helps with cost control, and gives you full visibility over how the AI tools are being used.

Text based guide
Within the ‘My Hub’ dashboard, click the Admin app.
Select the ‘Visit’ button under Advanced Stuff.
Click the drop down arrow next to ‘Configuration & Setup’.
Select the ‘System Settings’ option.
On the left hand side, scroll down until you see the MargoAI option. You want to select this.
You will now be presented with MargoAI Settings.
As you can see, you have the option to turn on and off various toggles for various MargoAI features such as Generate, Extend, Analysis etc.
At the bottom of the page, here you will see your AI Basic Tokens and the remaining.
Every customer receives our Basic MargoAI Token Package, giving you access to powerful AI tools.
By clicking the ‘i’ icon next to this, you will see relevant information in regards to what Tokens are.
If you have opted to have the advanced option of MargoAI (this is an additonal cost), you will see the remaining tokens you have left.
By clicking the ‘i’ icon, you will also be given further information regarding the advanced tokens.

Now let’s click the limits tab.
The purpose of this screen is to showcase the limits reached. It records the attempts made to use MargoAI which have been stopped due to running out of tokens.
