As part of our 2026 strategic direction, we are pleased to share some exciting updates within the Care Control Product Team.

Over the past year, we have continued to strengthen how we build, prioritise and deliver improvements to the platform. These latest additions reflect our commitment to listening to our customers and turning that insight into meaningful product development.



👉  Meet our new Head of Product

We are delighted to introduce Stuart, our new Head of Product.

Stuart brings over 15 years of experience in the product space, with a particular focus on turning customer and compliance needs into clear, deliverable product outcomes. He has a pragmatic and structured approach, combining data led prioritisation with close collaboration across Product, Engineering, CS & Clients.

He is passionate about working closely with teams, grounding decisions in real customer insight, and building clarity around what we do, what we defer, and why.

💡 Introducing Lorna as Product Owner

We are also pleased to share that Lorna has joined the Product Team as a Product Owner.

You may recognise Lorna. In fact, you may have even spoken to her before. Over the past 10 years at Care Control, Lorna has worked closely with many of our customers as a Key Account Manager, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of how providers use the platform every day.

Thanks to her extensive knowledge of Care Control and the challenges faced by care providers, Lorna is perfectly placed to help shape future development and ensure customer insight continues to influence the product roadmap.

📌  Strengthening product communication

You may also recognise Tiggy, who has moved across to the Product Team as Product Communications Executive.

If you have joined one of our webinars, you’ll have likely seen Tiggy already. Don’t worry, she will still be hosting and creating webinars for you.

In her new role, Tiggy will focus on strengthening how we communicate product updates, improvements and direction. The aim is to give customers greater clarity and visibility around what is being delivered and why.

We are excited about this next chapter for the Product Team and what it means for the future of Care Control.

By bringing together product expertise, customer insight and clearer communication, we can continue to evolve the platform in ways that genuinely support care providers.
