This latest update includes a preview of three new features currently in development, all designed to support your team, improve efficiency, and strengthen day to day care management.

We’re introducing an upgraded version of the Visitor Book, giving you a more modern and efficient way to manage visitors across your service.
This enhanced version builds on the current Visitor Book, replacing traditional paper sign in processes with a more secure and streamlined digital experience. Visitors can sign in and out quickly, while staff have clear, real time visibility of who is in the building at all times.
By moving away from open paper visitor books, it helps protect privacy, improves the visitor experience, and supports safer day to day operations.
In the event of an emergency, the system provides a real time and accurate visitor register, helping your team carry out a safe and compliant evacuation and report confidently to emergency services.
The upgraded Visitor Book also integrates seamlessly with Care Control, pulling through relevant data to reduce manual input and improve accuracy.

Our new Cloud Navigation Menu replaces the current app bar with a clearer, more visual way to access key areas across the system. This means faster navigation, improved visibility, and easier movement between apps without relying on hidden tabs.
With a more structured layout and quick access to global search, finding what you need will feel simpler and more intuitive.
We’re introducing a more flexible way to manage consent across Care Control Cloud.
Enhanced consents allow you to tailor how consent is recorded, supporting both standard and more advanced workflows to suit your service. This includes clearly documenting consent decisions, as well as decisions made by legally authorised representatives, such as power of attorney, where a service user lacks capacity.
You’ll also have greater control over MCA visibility, allowing services in Scotland to switch this off and stay aligned with local inspectorate requirements.
Designed to support compliance and clarity, Enhanced consents ensure your processes remain consistent across Cloud, Mobile, Pocket, and Admin.
