    Finding & Accessing OM

    This guide will cover how to find and access the new Organisational Management tool within the Care Control Windows platform. 

    This tool is key in bridging the CC Windows software to the new Care Control Cloud.

    In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the Advanced Stuff tab.

    Here, select Organisational Management which can be found under the Care Control Cloud section of the page.

    A new window will open. Here, you will be able to access the 3 modules within this tool:

    – Organisation Management 

    – Access Role Management

    – User Management
