How to Edit Personal Details in Cloud
This guide explains how to edit Personal Details within a Service User’s (Resident’s) Care Plan in the Care Planning app. The Personal Details section stores key identifying and background information that supports safe and person-centred care.
You will learn how to access the Resident Care Plan, open the Essentials section, and update areas such as Personal Details, Further Details, Additional Fields, Personal Appearance, and Impairments. Once updated, changes can be saved to ensure the Service User’s record remains accurate and up to date.

Click Visit under Resident Care Plans
Open the Essentials drop-down
Select Personal Details
Select Edit Care Plan
Review and update Personal Details
This section contains the basic information relating to the Service User.
Review and update Further Details
This section contains additional information about the Service User.
Review Additional Fields
This section is customisable and allows you to record information specific to your organisation.
Review Personal Appearance
This section includes information such as height, weight, eye colour, and hair colour.
Review Impairments
This section contains details of any current impairments recorded for the Service User.
Click Save Changes
After making the required updates, click Save Changes to confirm.
