Open the Admin app to access care planning configuration settings
Select Care Planning to manage care plan settings
Select Fast Facts Management to configure what information is visible to staff
Select Add New Template to create a customised Fast Facts template
Enter a unique template name to begin creating your Fast Facts layout
Optionally select an existing template to use as a starting point
Select a template from the dropdown list
Select Create New Template to confirm and continue
Enable Fast Facts sections using the toggle options as required
Add a header or spacing element to organise your Fast Facts layout
Enter a header name or leave the field blank if not required
Click and drag elements to reposition them within the layout
Release the element to place it in your chosen position
Select Delete to remove any unwanted elements from the template
Select Edit Name to update the template title if required
Select Delete Template to remove the template if it is no longer needed
