    Activating Voice Typing

    This guide will cover how to activate Voice typing on both Mobile and Pocket when using Android and Apple devices.

    Android Devices

    Step 1:

    When on an Android device, scroll down from the top of the screen and select the Settings icon.

    Step 2:

    Scroll down until you see System and select it.

    Step 3:

    Select Keyboard.

    Step 4:

    Select On-Screen keyboard.

    Step 5:

    Toggle on Google Voice Typing and then select Gboard.

    Step 6:

    Now select Voice typing.

    Step 7:

    Toggle on Use voice typing. 

    You will now be able to use voice-to-text when using Care Control Pocket and Mobile.

    iOS Devices

    Step 1:

    Go to Settings.

    Step 2:

    Select the General option.

    Step 3:

    Now select Keyboard.

    Step 4:

    Turn on Enable Dictation.
